Hi my beautiful!
I woke up with a vision today. What it would be like if as a woman we never judge our bodies (ourselves all together) ever again. If we never cringed about our lines on our face, the cuddliness around our bodies, and as the years mature we became more fanatically in love with who we are.
Hmm can such vision be real? .. I wonder ..
Have a beautiful weekend and love you all!
Welcome to a fabulous New Year full of light and opportunities for us all._
It is a chance to energetically (or literally) clean house and discard or upgrade certain areas of your life that are no longer current or do not serve you. The Mayan's predicted 2012 to be be a pinnacle year for collective and personal transformation; the end and start of a new era. So ... how would you like to leap into your pool of yummy possibilities?
For me this year is about letting go of all the parts that do not resonate fully with my brilliance and love. It is about embracing the fullness of my being, having the courage to play a bigger game, believing in myself and transforming and touching the hearts of women at a global scale. I am excited and to be completely honest a little nervous. It's time for me to dive into my pool of adventures!
In this note let’s talk about ways we can be more authentic, kind and loving to ourselves. If you wish to welcome more kindness in your life, more romance, more playfulness, more abundance, a special someone and burst of joy this year, let’s start by celebrating the most amazing person .. YOU!
I wish you so much magic, softness and juiciness for 2012! I truly love you.

_WOW, only one day until Christmas and I love the energy this time of the year brings … with all the joy and magic you see in children’s eyes. It reminds me on how innocent and light I was and how much less I worried about life. Isn’t it interesting that as we grow-up we begin to stress, judge more & worry often and all the time forgetting about the magic and laughter we once embodied?
So for me this Christmas, I wish recapture lightness, laughter and innocence of a child. The same child that cracked-up laughing so hard that her cheeks would get sore, the girl that laid on her bed daydreaming about all the possibilities that existed as she stared up at the stars and saw life with total awe.
Whatever you are doing this Holiday season I want to personally wish you all the MAGIC that your heart can hold.
Thank you for being the amazing unique YOU!
