We ran two sessions with La’Qua Image/Susana.  The first session was absolutely amazing creating a massive buzz in the workplace resulting in a mad rush to make it into the second session.  Susana was absolutely amazing with our ladies adapting her delivery style to personalise the sessions to the participants in the room.  As a result you can see the ladies trying out new things which has been drawing a great many compliments and as a result boosting confidence.

 

In addition I’ve found people sharing their learnings with people who were unable to make those sessions.   We had some of the boys in attendance to the sessions despite it being targeted primarily at our ladies they received a great deal of learnings with many of them taking notes.
