a)  Download the explorer page here http://www.laquaimage.com/files/XmaGifts.htm

b)  Edit (on the top menu) : Select All : Copy

c) Paste it directly to your Outlook or Email Campaign page

d) Recommend to send yourself a test page to ensure the page is working

e) Voila! It is done :)
